This talk presents a new difference look at the fractional Laplacian in connection toBesov - Q spaces.

报告人简介：

肖杰，加拿大数学会院士，加拿大纽芬兰纪念大学教授、博士生导师，University Research Professor，科学院院长杰出学者奖获得者，国际著名数学家。主要研究兴趣为调和分析、几何分析、偏微分方程、函数空间及算子理论。特别地，肖杰教授致力于调和分析，复分析和算子理论及其交叉应用，但也将函数空间和位势理论的方法和技术应用于共形微分几何、热方程、纳维-斯托克斯方程和波动方程的研究。已在包括 JEMS, Adv. Math., JMPA, Math. Ann, J. Reine Angew. Math., TAMS, JFA等国际著名刊物发表论文两百多篇。肖教授曾担任过Canadian Mathematical Bulletin 的主编和 Canadian Journal of Mathematics 的编委, 现在是Advances in Analysis and Geometry的主编和Journal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications的部门编辑。
